Shipping Policy

We ship orders received before 4pm PCT on the day order is received. (1)business day from the day we receive your order. We ship using USPS Ground advantage. Our packages arrive between. 2-5 days. Free shipping for all orders $49.99 and above. 

 We  have a flat rate 4.99 shipping fee for all orders below $49.99 USPS ground advantage and delivery time of 2-5 days within the contiguous united states.

DELIVERY:

We offer 1hr  free delivery in the metro LA area up to 20miles in all our product categories. You can choose to have your order delivered through Cosmo, Door Dash or Uber for an effective and timely delivery. Only cosmo and cosmo drivers, deliver up to 20 miles. all other delivery services only deliver up to 5 miles. We offer free delivery up to 3 miles and and a $4.99 base delivery above 5 miles. It\'s  $.20 cents/mile above 5miles, plus $.10 cents a minute up to 20 miles. Not to exceed $15-$20.

These applies to all the following categories: ASAP delivery products. 

Pick-up:  pick ups are available for certain stores and certain products. Not all products are available for pick up. Pick-up notices and orders require 2hrs for preparation time.

Refund Policy

No Refunds on delivery products.

Refunds may however be available based only on these  exceptions: 

Products that are returned in original packaging and unused, failed delivery or wrong or defective products. 

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges are granted only for products in as New condition, original packaging and  neither opened nor used.

NB (WE DO NOT accept any opened cosmetics, exchanges not in their original packaging, used products, damaged products, defective due to customers fault, or any exchanges that are 7+ days late).

Exceptions-

(If product is the wrong order, was never delivered, defective, or out of stock.)

Exceptions apply, and we process return or exchange orders on a case by case basis.
