Return Policy:

At Cosmo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Damaged Product Returns: 
If you receive a damaged product as a result of shipping carrier mishandling or any other unforeseen circumstance, we will gladly accept returns within Fourteen [14]days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact us form or support email, with details of the damage, along with supporting photographs. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

2. Remorse Returns:
We do not accept returns for reasons of personal remorse or change of mind. We encourage customers to make well-informed decisions before making a purchase. We provide comprehensive product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images, to assist you in making the right choice. Please consider your purchase carefully.

3. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and protective covers remain intact. Any product that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.

4. Return Process:
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within [14 days] of receiving the item. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization. Please carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

5. Refund or Replacement:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will assess the damage and verify its eligibility for a refund or replacement. If a replacement is available, we will send it to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, we will process the refund using the original payment method within [7-10 business] days.

Please note that our return policy applies only to purchases made directly from our store. If you purchased our product through a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy for assistance.


Certain Items are of-course non-returnable, for an item to be eligible for return, such item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. More information can be found under our terms and conditions of use- returns and refunds policy. 

 

At Cosmomarketplace we are here to provide convenience and to maximize your shopping experience with us, we strive to offer deliveries within 1hr within the metro LA areas. We currently do not offer deliveries outside of LA, but will be coming soon. We cannot however guarantee the time due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, time of day, weather,  distance or higher delivery loads etc. 

We deliver Sunday to Monday from 8am-8:45pm. 

On Cosmomarkeptlace.com home page, you can click on retailer registration and fill out all the details about your business. After verification of your business and approval, you will be able to list and sell products on cosmo. 

Providers of cosmetician services are licensed to provide the service in respective fields or in the service which they provide. Before becoming a provider on cosmo you, in other to provide a safe marketplace, you will be subject to a background check and or verification of your license. Once approved, you can start listing your services right away. Click on provider registration on cosmo to start for free today. 

Cosmo drivers keep 90% of the delivery fee plus tips. Once you sign up, you will be subject to a background check. After approval, you can start delivering with cosmo right away.

At Cosmo we use Checkr to run background checks. Some can take an hour and others can take a couple of weeks, there is no set time period for how long it can take for your background check to be completed. But in most cases, usually within a couple of hours. 

When you book a cosmetician service provider, you can choose online session if that service provider offers online coaching or consultations. After your booking you will get a zoon link from the provider including all the information you will need. All our service providers are licensed and checked to make sure they are professionals. 

At cosmo booking an in/out call cosmetician service is easy. Find the service provider you prefer and if they offer In/out call services, you can choose from the drop down menu at check out and book their services. For in-call, you will get the location of the service provider and time of your appointment. For out-call, you will be asked to fill in your out-call address on the check out page. This is your address for the service provider to come to you. Some providers may charge different rates for different services and out-call providers may charge a fee for out call services.
